What is SHB?
Sacred Healing brotherhood is more than a just a group, It's a mission. A mission to gather men from all walks of life who are tired of the outdated and damaging ways of being a man in society.
This group is a safe space for men to gather together, heal, be vulnerable, evolve and become brothers that hold each other accountable within our journey of life.
What Does SHB Consist Of?
Sacred Healing Brotherhood will include monthly virtual and physical meetups for our physical and mental health (Hiking trips, etc)
Healing events such as sound bowl healings, group meditations, breath work etc
Coaching sessions that feature myself and anyone who is willing to share a lesson
And most importantly SHB will consist of healing our ancestral, mother/father and life wounds. Decolonizing our minds for outdated conditionings and learning how to be honest healthy men.
