His techniques for breath work incorporating herbs and music on top of the singing bowls helps you even more go deeper with and gain control. This technique helped me even more to realize what I need to do personally for more healing as I cried through this session. He definitely gave us a workout requiring self discipline and inner power with the breath. This was my husbands first time and although it was initially difficult, he was definitely feeling more open, grounded and expanded. We both were! I am not disciplined enough to do deeper breath work on my own and so the skilled guidance that Ryant provided was sooo welcoming and needed! I hope to attend more of his events! If you’ve never tried breath work before, I encourage you to expand your experience by attending one of his events!
